Sport has always been a cornerstone of my life, starting with football at age 7, which I played competitively for 20 years, and eventually into a plethora of different sports.
During lockdown, I picked up boxing to lose weight, and fell in love with the sport. Now, I compete and coach aspiring boxers.
I’m passionate about improving not just physical fitness but mental well-being through sport. I believe in the power of exercise to boost mental health and am dedicated to helping others achieve balance and confidence.
