Junior/Teen boxing class
Our junior boxing class is split into two age groups (7-11/12-16 years old) and covers stance, footwork, punch technique and combinations. Taught by former professional boxers, our junior members will develop their boxing skills from beginner to advanced.
Boxing is an amazing sport, not only does it train the body and boost fitness, but it also instills confidence and discipline.

HIIT Class
High Intensity Interval Training is one of the most effective ways to burn fat, tone muscle and increase stamina.
Our highly qualified instructors will safely push your fitness to the max and get the best out of you. This class can be done with or without equipment. You will be guided through an assortment of exercises and techniques, all at the pace of a timer.

Sculpt Her

Fit Pump
Want to learn how to lift weights, build strength and muscle?
If so, then fit pump is the one for you!
This class focuses on training the whole body with weights and can be done whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced lifter!
Our trainer Joe will demonstrate and explain exercises clearly to help everyone understand how to use the correct form/technique in order to maximise results!
