Junior/Teen boxing class

Our junior boxing class is split into two age groups (7-11/12-16 years old) and covers stance, footwork, punch technique and combinations. Taught by former professional boxers, our junior members will develop their boxing skills from beginner to advanced.

Yoga

Here at The Fit Factory we offer two types of Yoga classes;

 

Hatha yoga; is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements, stretching and relaxation of the body and mind.

Vinyasa yoga; is a sequence of movements that flow together connected by the breath, which tend to be set at a faster pace.

Pilates

Our Pilates classes consist of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements.

Want to learn how to lift weights, build strength and muscle?

This class focuses on training the whole body with weights and can be done whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced lifter!

Youth Sports Development

Whether your child plays tennis, football, rugby, boxing, athletics etc this class aims to develop the skills and fitness needed to take their chosen sport to the next level.

Our youth sports development class is focused not just on the body but also the mind. 
From coordination, balance, speed and agility, whilst also improving general physical strength and putting all your child’s instincts to work, this class is designed to improve sensorimotor control and achieve compensatory functional stability, all skills that can be transferred and applied in any sports.
